Capita DDC Pune is looking for Senior Technical Lead or Software Development Manager with 11+ years of experience in designing and implementation of interactive web applications. He should be able manage project deliverables, release timelines, delegating responsibilities and supervising in developing enterprise application in agile model. Establishing and achieving project objectives along with time-to-time reporting status to management. He should be skilled in programming languages like HTML, JavaScript, .Net, C#, WPF, WCF and SQL Server.
This role will be based in Pune, India.

Job Description:
Senior Technical Lead or Software Development Manager with technical experience in Microsoft Technologies.

Experience : 11+ years

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Handling project deliverables, estimation, project execution, delegating responsibilities to development team and sprint execution.
Good understanding of technology HTML, .Net, C#, WPF and SQL Server.
Monitoring development activities, budget and release timelines, coding standards and Risk Management.
Reporting project data insight data and status to management.
Must be familiar with policies, procedures and technical understanding related to software programming.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Must be good at time and project management skills.
Should be familiar with Azure DevOps, GIT, CI/CD and Agile development practices.
Strong desire to learn new technologies and adopt it.
