SAP Payroll
We are looking for a Business Analyst in SAP HCM Payroll.
The candidates primary experience should include the following:
. Strong SAP HCM experience of 10-13 yrs
. Detailed knowledge of German payroll – specifically processes and policies – advantageous if this includes local government knowledge
. Good knowledge of SAP payroll generally with involvement in at least three end-to-end implementations
. Good knowledge of Absence Management and Absence Processing (payroll) on SAP
. Knowledge of configuration in PA, OM / PD, ECM, Benefits.
. Detailed knowledge of German Payroll Schema
. Good knowledge or integration between SAP payroll and FI/CO
. German Payroll support experience
. Good to have ABAP HR experience
. Excellent communication skills and client facing skills
