Full Job Description
Create Demands/Requisitions in the ATS.
Staff the demands as per request.
Update the demands/resource information as per the request from the client on the ATS.
Responsible for ensuring SLA & TAT are met for the received volume from the stakeholders.
Should be proficient in using MS office suite (principally Outlook; excel; & word).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Willingness to learn new processes and constantly evolve in terms of delivery quality with a “can do” attitude.
Proactive with an eye for details
