Job Responsibilty
· Develop effective communication platforms for clients.· Inspire repeat-business from clients.· Liaise with different departments about client queries.· Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination,· benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.· Generate, edit, publish and share daily content.· Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.· Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community· especially the social media influencer community on behalf of company’s clients and partners.· Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.· Develop surveys and capture client information.· Participate in marketing campaigns.· Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and· best practices, and then acting on the information.· Conduct customer service workshops and presentations.· Monitor and measure client satisfaction.· Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content· ideation, and implementation schedules.· Offer advice to clients on services and products.· Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management· Reports progress to senior marketing management· Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page· and blog content, or social media messages.· You must keep up with the latest trends on social media and within the influencer community.· You must have knowledge of content marketing and social media marketing strategies.
