1] Overseeing the operations of the Resto Bar.
2] Ensure that the bar runs smoothly and guests have pleasant experiences.
3] Coordinate daily with Front of the House and Back of the House departments for smooth operations.
4] Deliver superior service and maximize guest satisfaction.
5] Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
6] Control operational costs and identify measures to cut wastage.
7] Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
8] Train new and current employees on proper guest service practices.
