What is the purpose of this role?The purpose of this role is to achieve the organization chief purpose and business goal by providing the second in charge leadership in the function of Financial Management.What does this role do/contribute in the overall picture? Develop & Execute end to end Financial analytics and financial compliance for all levels in the organizationDetailed Role profile? What does this role need to do on a day-to-day basis?MIS Management – Record, Maintain, Analyze and Report financial metrics that impact the organizationManage Vendor & Client Negotiations and frugalityCompliance – GST, Taxation, Cash Flows, P&L, Balance Sheets, Regulatory Compliances, other statutory compliances.Ensure 100% Accuracy in all the invoices and on time billingAll Reconciliations of major financial parametersEnsure payment releases (including salaries) on time and receipt of payments from client locations on time collectionsEnsure all issues addressal & minimal escalations * Ledger Bookkeeping involves accounting of entire transactions * Monthly bank reconciliations * Prepare Outstanding statement and follow ups for timely payments * Manage, Renew and Renegotiate terms with existing clientsEstablish quality control system w.r.t Financial aspectsWhat is the experience required to do the above? (in detail)Overall Experience of Minimum 3 yrs.
