Full Job Description
· End to End customer order2cash management: Serve as primary customer contact and ensure all customer queries, requirements and expectations are met.Respond to customer Inbound calls, emails & whatsapp communication regarding all order inquiries. Coordinate with sales team & warehouse team.o Order processing:Preparation of · Sales Quotation· Sales Orders / Order Entry / Daily actions on open Sales Orders.· Stock check· Customer Invoicing· Processing Returns· Order Dispatches / Coordinating with warehouse· Resolving discrepancieso Accounts Receivable : · Review Customer Ledgers· Daily processing of financial transactions to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner· Prepares daily receipts statement· Post and reconcile customer payments to general ledgers· Researches and applies un-allocated cash.· Oversees customer accounts, accounts receivable write-offs and payment reversals.· Balance daily A/R batches; prepare and distribute accounts receivable statement, ageing reports and statistics to key personnel and respective sales person / Customers· Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or misapplied cash transactions· Rigorous Follow up on overdues vide voice call / WhatsApp/Emailo Acknowledge and Validate Customer requests: .
