Job description
Job, to manage HR, Recruitment, Operation Process and Assisting the Seniors.
Ability to understand skillsets and to choose the appropriate hiring option like referrals, job postings, portal search, social media platforms.
Roles & Responsibility
· Filling positions within an organization.
· Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
· Developing own network of suitable candidates.
· Handling of administration and record-keeping.
· Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
· Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
· Drafting and posting job posting
· Interviewing candidates.
· Preparing job offers.
· Networking with various institutions and social media.
· Attendance n Leaves, Joining, Relieving Formalities, Employee Relations – HR Policy, Administration, Induction n Orientation, HR Reports, Full n Final settlement.
· Grievance Handling.
· Conducting employee engagement activities like employee birthday celebrations,
· festival celebrations, meetings, and team outings.
· Handle Admin related work.

Required Candidate profile
Graduation, Post-Graduation or equivalent degrees like MBA in Human Resources with multitasking ability, Must have knowledge in Recruitment and generalist profile.
