This full-time Human Resource Executive will carry out duties assigned to them in a professional manner. Will seek to gain knowledge of the companies’ procedures and expand their work ethic.
Responsibilities: –
1. Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments
2.Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement.
3. Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
4. Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate.
5. Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee
6. Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: –
1. MBA graduate with 2+yrs of experience in HR
2. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
3. Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
4. Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
5. Ability to speak good English & Malayalam.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
