Key Job Responsibilities
The Ecommerce Supply Chain lead will coordinate all supply chain planning and related activities for our emerging ecommerce business.
Lead front end customer service for ECOM/CSD Business and facilitate sales growth
Accountable for service levels of B2B/B2C ecom players and to provide focus and integration of data throughout the order fulfilment process.
This role will utilize knowledge and capabilities across the supply chain sub-specialties of demand planning, supply planning, order fulfilment and inventory management.
Responsible for developing systematic processes and exception-based tools to deliver reliable product supply results as measured by fill rates/Instocks availability across platforms
As the lead supply chain resource for eCommerce, the manager will work with cross-functional teams to provide timely replenishment and planning actions/insights for all turn business, promotions, seasons and timely assortment MDM changes
Responsible for driving fill rate/OTIF and Instocks agenda with key accounts through clearly defined reconciliation internal and external processes
Managing the First mile Last mile operations and entire order fulfillment cycle. Will handle a team of 2 -3 officers.
Education Qualification
Graduation/ Post Graduation in Management / Supply chain from a institute of repute e.g. SP Jain, NITIE etc.
Experience (in years)
8-12 years’ experience in planning and logistics
Experience with FMCG/Foods industry is preferred and ECOM experience is a plus
