MRF Details.Job Description • Formulate and implement the Residential Sales Strategy for the CP’s, ensuring the prompt resolution of CP complaints, to drive top line growth and customer delight.
To ensure achievement of set sales targets.
Core Responsibilities • To generate business from all the CP’s who are tied up with Brigade.
Support the CP’s with all necessary information and help them from tie up to payments.Collate the feedback of the CP’s and present it with the CEO.Maintain reports and timely presentation with the Head – CEO.Involve in various campaigns to attract more CP’s to generate more business.Develop and implement the residential sales strategy for CP’s in consultation with the CEO.Develop and implement strategies around new residential project offerings, product pricing and delivery in consultation with the Head – Marketing, Ensure effective and timely communication of new initiatives / projects to critical stakeholdersEnsure effective cascade of residential sales plans to all projects; Act as the single point of contact for the resolution of all queries with respect to CP sales of residential projects.Lead the development of a framework / matrix for pricing of residential projects across the zone based on latest market price trends, industry norms and stakeholder expectationsDevelop and implement systems to capture regular market information and changing customer preferences; Participate in industry surveys and analyze the findings and their implications on business / growth plansCollaborate with Corporate Branding for marketing and branding initiatives for residential projects; Lead the development of alternative sales channels to establish effective touch points with the target customer segmentRegularly interact with customers and ensure timely resolution of all customer queries and complaints; Develop framework to capture and incorporate customer feedback into system design for future projectsUndertake periodic meetings with key departments (Design and Development, Engineering, Finance etc) to ensure delivery commitments to the customer are metEnsure timely and accurate documentation and execution of residential sales agreements / deeds etc; Act as the sole custodian of all documentation and information related to the projectAuthorize delivery of all residential projects and act as a sole custodian of CRM and ISO documentation and recordsLead discussions and enter into strategic tie-ups with HFIs, International Property Consultants and Channel partners.Promote the brand and project offerings at mediums such as international symposiums, domestic exhibitions etc.Oversee timely preparation and submission of MIS for residential sales; Monitor cash flows and achievement of residential sales targetsMaximize residential sales revenues and drive timely collections to ensure minimal receivables

Candidate with B2B knowledge is preferred (Real estate industry).
