Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide complete IT infrastructure and IoT Application support for customer applications
Application Deployments and hotfix installations
Collaborate and Troubleshoot Application related incidents, Problems and Perform Change Implementation
Quality delivery of services committed to the customer as per the defined Service Levels and KPI’s
Monitor system performance and ensure Application availability
Collaboration with onsite /offshore team and customer coordinators, Stakeholders Management, Technical documentation and Training delivery
Ensure Customer Satisfaction in the Services Delivered and Continuous improvement of services
Provide extended support for planned Maintenances and On Call readiness support
Should be able to work in shifts and travel to customer location for business need
Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech /M. Tech /MCA / B.Sc or M.Sc computer science
Additional Information
Technical Skills:
Expertise in
IT infrastructure and application support (L2)
Linux and Windows Server Administration
Scripting (PowerShell / Shell / Ansible / Python / Perl / Bash )
Application and Infra Monitoring tools ( ICINGA / SPLUNK / NewRelic / Appdynamics)
Knowledgeable in
Basic Oracle Database Administration ( SQL Server / MySQL / Mongo DB )
Infrastructure automation and devops pipeline tools (Git, Jenkins )
Network infrastructure, Firewall, Load balancing setup, and Security implementation
Infrastructure automation, deployment tools and containerization technologies ( Docker , Kubernetes )
Cloud computing would be an added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable in ITIL Service Management Framework ( Incident , Change , Problem mamanegement )
