Admin Assistant_Executive Secretary: BGSW Top Management
The Executive Secretary provides a wide range of administrative support services to the CFO and his office to promote efficient and effective delivery of services and sustain high level of performance for the team.
She/he maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion and independent judgment. In working with internal and external contacts, including board members, she/he deals with a wide range of highly sensitive issues under tight deadlines/pressures. Reports directly to the CFO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualifications
Past Experience: 10 -12 years’ experience with at-least 5 years’ as an executive secretary to Top management is mandatory preferably in current role
Education Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation in any Stream.
Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other MS office tools
