What you’ll achieve
Participate in process improvements and projects regularly, and may lead projects, participate in discussions establishing strategic staffing plans and objectives for the broader TA organization and partner with TA and HR leaders to develop effective processes for teams. You will own multiple hiring leader and business relationships to develop and drive results for the business
Demonstrate expertise to train and mentor new TA members
Demonstrate capability to independently devise recruiting strategies and deliver on the same
Work across verticals and geographies to ensure that hiring process is seamlessly implemented
Support team or other team members on specific project based hiring requirements through developing appropriate strategies
Utilize MyJobs system throughout the talent acquisition process

10-12 + yrs. technical recruiting experience interacting with hiring managers to understand job requirements and works with the hiring managers to develop strong selection processes through the use of creative and innovative techniques and tools
Develops offers in line with approved guidelines, negotiates offer and finalizes start date with candidate
Continues interaction with candidate till the time the candidate joins the organization
Sources candidates directly in the marketplace and develops candidate pools within their respective market streams
Effectively handles highly complex, senior level and/or professional hires
Corporate recruiting in a large global organization.
