Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management/ Business field. Master’s degree would be an advantage.
Minimum Experience: 4-5 years of experience as a warehouse manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Warehouse Operations
Proper Planning of Warehouse activities, vendor, tasks on daily, weekly and monthly basis
Coordinate with top management and plan strategy for warehouse operations
Plan and arrange meetings with team members once a week
Facilitate smooth functioning of activities and coordination among stakeholders
Ensure operational deadlines are met
Follow SOPs and checklists and ensure other team is following their duties as defined in SOPs
Suggest and implement policies and strategic decisions, best fit for the business
Build alliances with other organizations (E.g.: vendors, logistics vendors, etc.)
Generate and submit Operation reports to the Senior
Inventory Management
Remotely monitor the inbound and outbound activities
Inventory planning to avoid out-of-stock & excess stock situations
Product catalogue management
Tie-ups with external partners (E.g.: Logistics Partners, etc.)
Conduct a Stock Check
Track the receipt, and delivery of goods and materials.
Maintaining the inventory levels and making sure the stock does not run out.
Ensure that the invoices of inbound inventory and stock details are updated on the ERP.
Verify the invoices that have been documented by the dispatch manager.
Maintenance
Daily Inspection should be done.
Ensuring all furniture is kept on dry and safe areas.
Cross check warehouse Security timely.
Keep the maintenance policies and regulations to be followed.
Should regularly check the product stock and arrange the products from the existing inventory in a way that it can be dispatched before the new stock. (First In, First Out)
Engagement & Coordination:
Maintain good relationship with external Stakeholder
Coordinate with internal and external Stakeholders for work updates and progress on weekly basis
Ensure there is no communication gap between internal and external Stakeholders
Ensure the assigned work is completed with Deadline
Strong follow up with Vendors and get the work done
Weekly coordination with Warehouse team regarding warehouse operations
