Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive

· Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients

· New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions

· Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities

· Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients

· Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets

· Experience with lead generation and prospect management

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers

· Persuasive and goal-oriented

· Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

· Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives

· High school degree or equivalent

· Four years of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

· Excellent analytical and time-management skills

· Demonstrated and proven sales results

· Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

· Requirements of a Business Development Executive

· You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

· You have strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the Sales industry.

· You are highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

· You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.

Salary: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
