Store Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
Responsibilities
· Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Handle and manage HNI clientele and partners like interior designers/ Architects
· Maximize the sales performance of all sales associates by setting targets, motivating, and coaching individually and on a team level.
· Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
· Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
· Ensure a high level of after-sales service by pro-actively following up on sales orders and deliveries.
· Plan and prioritize the daily responsibilities, tasks, and staffing according to store footfall.
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.
· Plan and implement needed marketing activities, PR, and events according to overall Marketing & Activity plan and activity guidelines to ensure continuous traffic flow.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Interior design/ Architecture or relevant field preferred.
· A minimum of 2-3 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
· 5-6 years of work experience in a customer service-oriented role.
· Preferably from the home furnishing and decor industry.
· Experience in selling lifestyle & luxury consumer goods is preferred.
· Highly Proficient in written and spoken English.
· Excellent communication skills. Language- English, and Telugu.
· Strong leadership and customer management skills.
