Shared Service Centre Reconciliation team will assist in reconciliation of breaks and the exception management of the breaks. The PEGA tool handles the Exception management therefore, we need experienced PEGA resources to develop and maintain the break and exception management application.

Position Purpose
SSC Recon ADM team needs to hire resources to work on the projects approved by user to ensure the projects are completed on time without any impacts to user.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Designing an Enterprise Class Structure for the application.
Workflow Design and understanding of tool’s capabilities.
Internal/External Services Integration.
Application development / support / enhancements / bug fixing.
Will be part of Application and Server migration project
Able to provide appropriate technical solutions to business related problems.
Contribute to system testing, regression testing and release implementation. Prepare High quality test plans and conduct the tests at Unit and Functional level.
Be able to understand complex systems and take the initiative, to seek out and accept new responsibilities
Ensuring that the project and organization standards are followed during various phases of software development life cycle and day-to-day development work.
Contributing Responsibilities
Able to prepare the status reports for weekly updates with stakeholders
Communication with Stakeholders, Business Analysts, End-users, and various teams like Higher Management, Development, Systems, Support, Implementation etc.
Able to prepare the technical and functional documents for the project activities.
To work closely with testers and business analysts to ensure software functions as expected
To be involved in support if a major problem in production arises
