Collate payroll information, process and produce reports
End of year processing and reconciliation including payment summaries
Handling employee queries regarding payroll
Handling audits (Internal & External)
Ensuring compliances with all applicable statutory laws
Handling statutory audits (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws etc.)
Payroll Management and Compensation & Benefits
Attendance and Leave Management
Coordination with appraisal process
Adherence to the Labour Litigations, contract labour, statutory requirements, liaising, legal matters and ensure timely compliance to all concerned Govt /Statutory agencies regarding Labour laws
Wellversed with processing full and final settlement of exit employees
Payment and reconciliation of bonus payments.
Calculation, payment and reconciliation of payroll tax and group tax
Confirmation and annual appraisals, compute bonus and increments for all employee based on year end ratings and appraisal documentation
Knowledge & Skills
Good in communication skills (verbal and written)
Statutory compliances In depth knowledge and understanding is required
Experience in working with any of the HRMS is mandatory
Strong interpersonal skills
Working knowledge and experience on Comp & Ben areas
Ability to think strategically and act tactically
End to end payroll processing and HR assistance experience
