Job Description
Would you like to become a part of building the next generation of infrastructure for the Internet?
We’re looking for a creative, product-focused, Business Development intern with entrepreneurial minds to grow the team and our market.
You’ll need to be able to think independently and operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking problems that may be poorly specified and finding the best solution.
Our interns are creative mappers, self-learners and push themselves to dig into emerging markets for bringing best-value in Business. Apart from managing sales and business development you will be involved in the implementation of brainstormed ideas with full ownership.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
Develop and implement of lead generation strategies
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Performing research, analyses and translating them into business and technical insight.
Assist in the promotion of the company’s services
Carry monthly targets.
Building relationships with customers
Implementing new and effective strategies to spur the growth of the business.
Enthusiastic about learning and trying new methodologies and sharing them with colleagues.
The internship is for 3 months, unpaid and remote.
Qualifications
**Minimum Qualifications**
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing/Sales.
At Least 1 year experience in sales/marketing or business development areas.
Strong knowledge of the software/IT/consulting industry
Passion of direct sales, sales support and pre-sales
Passion for connecting with people to develop networks and identify business opportunities
Understand the market landscape, key players, competitive landscape
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment where you must take on multiple responsibilities and do what it takes to get things done
Knowledge of Blockchain Technology and ICOs would be a plus point
Independent and enthusiastic, not afraid of the challenges, ready to carry out menial tasks as much as excited to take over new projects from scratch.
Authenticity & empathy are a must, so are excellent communication skills

Remuneration
You will be offered sweat equity based on your performance and commitment which can range in between 0.5% – 2.5%
Once we close our first round of funding , salary would be provided as well which would be competitive with the market.
