The company has been the highest-rated Experience Marketing platform over the last 5 years on G2.To learn more, please visit: https://birdeye.com*Requirements*Qualification: B.Com/M.ComExperience: 6+ years in similar billing profileResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Sales and Account Management teams to accurately invoice clients per the terms of the contractRead and understand the terms of each contract—particularly as it pertains to billing, but also become familiar with the scope of work, costs, deliverables, and schedulePrepare invoices for customers in accordance with contract terms in an accurate and timely mannerEnsure accurate application of payments and credits by following established guidelinesSecurely and accurately process credit card information, setup automated billing payments, and update credit card informationMaintain the billing email inbox and ensure professional, timely, and complete responses to all inquiriesMaintain the billing task queue and ensure professional, timely, and complete responses to all inquiriesMake and receive phone calls to discuss billing, accounts receivables, and other general inquiries with professionalism and tactSupport the Accounts Payable and other Accounting/Finance related functions as directedResolve customer billing questions and issues in a timely, professional and accurate mannerGuide customers through features and functionalities; respond to suspension concerns and account delinquency; close and transfer accounts when neededIdentify ways to improve customer support and develop new and improved existing customer responses; Act as a customer advocate by sharing suggestions on how to make the platform work betterWork to maintain resources and tools for internal and external users; Issue Refunds and answer billing related inquiriesCollaborate cross functionally to support a customer in achieving full problem resolution; Ensure overall internal customer satisfaction benchmark scoresIdentify customer issues and work with engineering teams to address them; Build and develop improved billing features and internal applications by partnering with our engineering teams.Takes ownership and ensure tasks are completed on timeDetail oriented with excellent written and oral communications skills.BenefitsWork closely with a cross functional team of highly motivated and intelligent folks with a unique range of startup and enterprise experienceWe offer a competitive salary, healthcare benefits, catered meals, flexible work timings, along with all of the opportunities inherent in a fast-growing organization!APPLYJob Type: Full-time
