Job Role for Restaurant Manager
· Leading and Managing Restaurant, · take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant, · responsible for driving sales, and profitability, · organise marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes etc. · Understands P&L, · Responsible Cost optimization and management, · comply with licensing laws and other legal requirements – ensuring all the licenses are in place and timely renewed, · plan and coordinate for menu designing, change in menu (if required) in coordination with the Head Chef, · Close coordination with the operations team and ensuring that kitchen, bar and service team, are working as a team – responsible for teamwork and team building, · Ensuring excellent Guest service and responding to complaints efficiently · Developing and implement budgets and SOPs for restaurant, · People management – Responsible for recruitment, Training & Development and engaging & motivating team. · Inventory management (check stock levels regularly, order supplies, waste management etc), · maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and safety.

Salary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
