* Diploma holders with a few years of experience can also apply
Key Responsibilities:
* Log and dispatch cases, provide status updates and route cases as per defined SLAs
* Handling and routing customer service calls and cases to relevant teams
* Event management of cases as applicable with different priorities and severities
* Escalation management
* Be the entry point for all cases through voice, email and e-tickets for multiple products
