Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for Time & Attendance, Payroll process & compensation benefits at plant level, Ensuring all compliances as per labor law and factory act. Take initiative for learning & development activities and take a lead role for employee engagement activities To develop and improve the worker’s administration in factory. Maintain and look after surroundings and proper hygiene through Housekeeping in plant and Responsible for general administration.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
Responsible for Time & Attendance, Payroll process & compensation benefits at plant level.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly various HR MIS preparation.
Responsible for control of Absenteeism and leave management.
Recruitment of junior Staff and Workers as per the requirement of the Organization
HR System-Develop and implement HR systems in line with organizations’ framework in organization development, employee relations, welfare, and statutory compliances.
Handling all employee-related grievances and issues and taking steps according to the company norms.
Training & Development Activity Follow-ups as per training calendar.
Conducting Employee Engagement Activities.
Contract management and Security management at plant level.
Appreciation Letter, Warning Letter Issue as per disciplinary action SOP.
Maintain and look after surroundings and proper hygiene through Housekeeping in plant and Responsible for general administration.
Upkeep of all records related to Employees personnel files, training records, other HR documents, and compliance documents maintain as per ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
Qualifications
MBA in HR/MSW/MHRD
Manufacturing industries 2-4 years experience as HR generalist, Time office, payroll process & compensation & benefit
Good command on MS Excel and Power Point presentation.
Must possess strong leadership and communication skills
Continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in an ISO 9001:2008 certified company
