Full Job Description
Job Summary : Drive Local HR operations right from hiring to exit of an employee overall employee life cycle, engaging workforce, maintain statutory compliance to meet Plant objectives. Serve as trusted advisor to managers and employees in promoting constructive employee relations approaches and practices.
1. Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
3. Analyse, Prepare and Execute action plan based on the weekly, monthly HR MIS indicators.
4. Oversee the implementation of consistent human resource management policies across the organization.
5. To lead and manage the Human Resources and Administration functions in the Organization & build a high-performance culture aligned to organizations strategy.
6. Responsible for all Legal & Statutory matters relating to Labour & other issues.
7. Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements related to wage and salary administration and maintenance of relevant records for the same.
8. Handling all employee related grievances and issues and taking steps according to the company norms and handling local bodies.
9. Helps in Engagement of contractors, negotiation, agreement and termination of contract like Housekeeping, Security Services etc.
10. Drive the organisation through Learning & Development initiatives and develop performance-oriented culture. Introduction of PMS for workers.
