BHIVE.fund is a fast growing Fintech venture looking to leverage technology making investing in Commercial Real Estate accessible to retail investors. The company is in the process of closing a $1mn funding round & looking forward to high growth over the next few years.
Role Summary :
People and Culture is the backbone of BHIVE. The Sr. Executive – HR shall play a key role in championing healthy working culture at BHIVE and support the overall business growth of BHIVE. You would be responsible for driving the business goals in the organization whereby ensuring high performance work ethic and superlative deliverables through an engaged workforce.
Key Deliverables :
Work with the Senior Management team in the development and implementation of HR strategy, policies, processes and programs.
Identify, design and implement HR solutions to achieve outcomes relating to: organizational design, organizational change, performance management, workforce planning, and other HR activities including effective negotiation and consultation with staff.
Provide high level, timely and professional advice to senior managers and staff, in interpreting and implementing human resource policy including: change management; HR planning; customer relations; retention, performance management; workplace health; and organization development and change.
Take ownership of recruiting, building and sustaining a great talent team.
Contribute to a healthy and safe environment for self and others and comply with all safe working procedures and instructions including policies and procedures.
Uphold diversity and equity across the workforce; encourage cross-cultural awareness and understanding and produce an environment that is culturally sensitive, inclusive and socially responsible.
Develop and own training and educational material to satisfy organizational competence and assist the team to produce best results.
Ensure workforce compliance (with labour laws, HRD requirements, etc) is maintained
Produce a regular review of employee statistics and analysis for distribution to internal stakeholders which includes analysis of the market
Connect with employees 1:1 and through focus groups
