Job Description: -Bhai Mart Ltd will be opening our new Phagwara PUNJAB Office in October 2021 and we are currently looking for Sales Executive (Marketing) (Door to Door) to be part of our soon to be open Phagwara office. All candidates will be responsible for generating new leads for the business, with the goal of creating new customers for our Organic Food Products. You would be part of a team of 50 employees based at our Phagwara Office. This office will cover Kapurthala, Jalandhar and Ludhiana Districts.Responsibilities: — Build relationships with prospective clients.- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.- Manage sales pipeline.- Analyse market and establish competitive advantages.- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.Desired Candidates Profile: — Should be able to do door to door sales. – Should be able to speak good English, Hindi, and Punjabi.- Ideally have completed graduation (but not essential).- A minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a retail environment.- Freshers are also welcome.- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.- Be good at time management and multi-tasking.- Should be able to show good communicational skills.Perks and Benefits: -The salary package for Sales Executive will contain a basic salary of ₹15 k per month + up to ₹45k bonuses and commissions per month.Roles and Responsibilities: -Bhai Mart Ltd is a London (UK) based eCommerce Organic Food Retailer. Our India head office is based in Connaught Place, Delhi. Bhai Mart through our Google Play Store and Apple App Store apps as well as our website supplies fresh (perishable) as well as non-perishable Fully Certified Organic Food Products direct to a customer’s doorstep.Bhai Mart Ltd will be launching our company in Punjab and Delhi this October and are currently looking for Sales Executive for our Phagwara Office which will open this July. You would be responsible for all types of lead generation and marketing activities, help in creating customer base for our Organic Food Products from our Phagwara Office. Basic Salary is negotiable depending on your experience and the outcome of your interview but will be around ₹15k although monthly commissions/bonuses can mean an extra income of around ₹45k per month (So a total renumerations package of up to ₹60k per month). There will also be many other incentives throughout the year, including the opportunity to travel abroad to our London Office.If selected, you will be required to attend a face-to-face or video interview. Successful candidates would be expected to start in October 2021.
