Location Head / Restaurant Manager:
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the highest standards of food quality set by our brand over countless years
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through smooth running of the restaurant including maintaining quality, freshness and taste of food, wait time management, table turnover, delivery and pickup orders
• Maintaining guest relations with our old and new customers, by engaging with customers, receiving feedback/complaints and proactively acting upon it to ensure a positive customer experience
• Grow revenue through attracting higher number of patrons for in dining, delivery, pickup and corporate orders
• Devise new streams of revenue and business models for the brand
• Training current managers to be location heads in the future
• Managing a team of 50+ employees that includes wait staff, cashiers and kitchen staff. Their hours, vacation, productivity and team morale
• Accounting responsibilities. Every location is supported by a qualified accounting team, however the location has certain input responsibilities within accounting that must be maintained
• Purchasing of raw material, gravies and other items required for the smooth running of the restaurant. Purchasing is supported by a centralized team, however each location has a responsibility of maintaining their own stock and placing orders to maintain smooth running of the restaurant
• Outlet appearance and maintenance, ensuring all appliances are running properly, space is clean and maintained. Keeping annual maintenance contracts up to date and ensuring they are being carried out
• Liaising with central accounts team, purchase team, service providers, vendors, etc as per the need of the outlet
• Ensuring compliance with current regulations, eg BMC, fire department etc
• Keeping the outlet compliant with fire regulations, ensuring the fire alarms are functional and fire extinguishers are up to date
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Conducting performance reviews and appraisals to reach organizational goals
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience within the hospitality industry, with atleast 5 years as restaurant manager
• Diploma or graduate degree
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Basic knowledge of computer applications such as word processing and excel
• Demonstrated ability to deliver customer service
• Ability to make decisions quickly and confidently based on company policies
