- Handle complaints professionally, aiming to find a satisfactory resolution
- Need to keep accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries and resolutions
- Escalate issues to a higher authority or concerned department
- Collect feedback from customers to help improve products and services
- Adhere company policies and industry regulations when interacting with customers
Requirements
- Needs to have excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities with patience
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
