Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Should be aware and handle import and export shipments from 100% EOU
Knowledge of EOU activities like D-9 running bond, Annexure III, bonding, consumption report etc.,
Receive and manage finished goods inventory with 100% accuracy
Prepare the export shipments through Oracle
Prepare the necessary export documents (like., Invoice, packing list, Shipping Bill, SLI, etc.…) for shipping the materials and maintain the document accuracy 100%
Handle all import & export shipments and queries
Knowledge in ERP like., Oracle & SAP is preferred
Preferably from Pharma/ Biotech industry
Good knowledge about Indian customs clearance process and manage import / export customs clearance
Manage import / export customs clearance through smooth co-ordination with Customs House Agents and Freight forwarders
Maintain post shipping documents as per the EOU requirements
Effective communication to all stakeholder, working closely with planning & Marketing to prioritize the dispatches
Manage the metrics and report on time
Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
Follows all standard operating procedures, also reviews and implements new standard operating procedures if required
Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
