Job Descriptiuon
· Coordinate with Sales team for new orders
· Pre-shipment Document preparation
· Coordinate with various factories for material readiness and dispatch
· Coordinate with CHA (Forwarder) for material delivery from factory, container arrangement, container stuffing and finally Shipment sailing
· Document coordination with CHA
· Getting documents & BL approved by sales team
· Post-shipment document preparation
· Share documents with Sales team for Customer Approval. Share documents with finance team for sending the original documents to bank
· If LC , the preparation of all documents as per the LC clauses and terms and conditions
· Coordinating Transport and Logistics for Domestic business
· Keep track of GST application and refunds, drawback and other Government Schemes
· Keep vigil of Government Portals like DGFT, ICEGATE, etc
· Raise and monitor Purchase Orders, Proforma Invoices, etc
· Coordinate actively with Accounts for timely payment of Vendor Bills
· Ensure regular updation of all filing work (Both soft and Hard)
Experience : 5-15 years Experience in Export Import Business Operations, Logistics and Documentation
Salary – Will be commensurate with Experience and ability
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
