Job Title: Knowledge Hub System Administrator
Position Type: Administrative
Job Summary:
The Knowledge Hub System Administrator is responsible for day-to-day operation of the Knowledge Hub which is which is a Talent Management Suite, an integrated Learning Management System (LMS) and Performance Management System (PMS). This role requires a functional understanding of key LMS and PMS administrative functions as well as a strong technical aptitude to become a subject matter expert.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Higher Education Institution
3 years of progressively responsible experience as a system administrator in Learning Management and or Performance management system
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as Learning and Performance management System Administrator
Serve technical support for escalated help desk tickets
Identify and resolve general LMS and PMS process issues
Supports annual appraisal and evaluation processes technically
Create and maintain LMS training curriculum information, training assessments, student notification text and rules
Run, schedule and distribute pre-designed and customize reports as needed
Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of Learning and Performance management system and troubleshooting LMS and PMS questions
Responsible for maintaining a positive user experience across platforms by providing prompt and outstanding customer support
Subject matter expert in learning and talent management administration best practices
Collaborate with appropriate internal departments and external vendors to coordinate technology upgrades and/or fixes
Create test scenarios and perform tests to ensure all processes function according to predetermined goals
Draft documentation for technical resolutions as needed
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills:
Key eye for detail especially when conducting repetitive functions
Technical problem-solver with the ability to work independently or with small team to solve technical and process issues
Proficient in MS Office Suite products
Courseware publishing experience using e-learning standards such as SCORM and AICC
Strong analytic, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Deep knowledge of current industry trends, staying abreast of changes as they occur.
Ability to communicate end user support requests effectively to vendor technical staff.
Demonstrated abilities in effectively presenting complex subjects to diverse audiences, both in a formal large group presentation, and in small and one-to-one interactions.
Sound understanding of query building systems to generate reports
Functional understanding of relational database languages is a plus
Ability to write html codes is a plus
