Job purpose:
SME would work closely with AP Teams, Associates, Senior Process Associates, Process leaders, Stakeholders & Suppliers. SME should be able to ensure a timely and accurate handling of queries related to order processing received through Smart Desk & Call Back functionality for self & team. Should be able to identify and drive continuous process improvements
