Dear Candidate,Urgently we are looking to hire Accounts Assistant for our Corporate Office – Mumbai GoregaonJob DescriptionSales & Purchase Entry.Receipt & Payment Entry.Bank Reconciliation.Individual Account HandlingPreparation of cheques.Knowledge of Expense Heads.Expense voucher entry & maintaining file.Preparation of outstanding ageing report.Answering calls regarding payments to vendors.Payment of utility bill.Foreign exchange related documents work.Knowledge TDS , GST and Bank CC Renewal Procedure.Weekly & Monthly Factory Visit for stock AuditMIS Reports Weekly & Monthly.Make purchase sales and general ledger entries in ERP.Ensure tax entries on time.Ensure supplier payment is Entries done on time and as approval given by director.Customer and Vendor Ledger Reconciliation.Scrutinize PO with respect to supplier invoice before making payment.Coordinate with bank for submission of complaint bank statement.Coordinate with management for realising NETF/ RTGS.Ensure Collection entry in ERP.Distribution of advance to workers and maintain record of same.Coordinate with excise/ PF consultant for on time filing.Collection and reconcile data of expense and purchasing project wise and submit to Accounts Manager.Job RequirementMinimum 4 to 7 years in accounting field & from manufacturing backgroundB.com/M.com graduateKnowledge of Accounting knowledgeKnowledge of GST & TDSKnowledge of TALLYKnowledge of ERPJob Location – Goregaon MumbaiLooking for candidate from western suburb.Interested candidate can drop CV on https://wa.me/916354911678Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)Tally: 4 years (Preferred)total work: 4 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
