Introduction:
This position is responsible for all new hire training and provides specific, measurable results to support changes in products, processes, and procedures that support business initiatives and results in support of our operational lines of business.
What will you be doing?
o Requesting system access
o Scheduling classroom events (guest speakers, citizenship, business partners, etc.)
o Tracking delegates through New Hire program
o Managing performance and behaviors of delegates during the training
o Assessing competence using the appropriate method of assessment
o Monitoring and supporting delegate performance over the appropriate glide path post training
o Deliver training at a high level of participant satisfaction
o Ensure that learning has occurred and measure the transfer of learning
o Manage, monitor and report on quality of training program and performance of trainees as they progress through program
o Demonstrate proficiency in system/processes in functional area of curriculum delivered and supported (understands implications of changes in procedures to the system and to other current practices.)
o Track and measure their individual Learning Advisor scorecard metrics
