Job Description
:
1. New Client Acquisition
Implement annual plan for driving sales through corporate or government client acquisition by developing action plan. Identify profitable segments and implement plans to acquire them.
Build BAGIC Corporate/Direct Business pipeline by identifying potential clients, promoting BAGIC and ensuring brand recall for new business opportunities.
Conduct negotiation on commercial terms as well as service levels.
Handhold as well as represent the client through the entire process of acquisition.
2. Client Management
Periodically interact with Key Stakeholders for both existing and potential clients for business updates and to build relationship, identify new business opportunity.
Discuss upscale/ cross-sell opportunities with clients to drive growth of business conducted and revenue generated by understanding client’s requirements and recommend products accordingly and in the process maintain the LOB mix.
Maintain balance between offering competent product that meets client requirements as well as ensure that it is a profitable proposition for BAGIC.
Resolve issues for speedy resolution without escalation and resolution of outstanding and complex client issues.
Support the sub channel in the region with market data, competition mapping and business intelligence.
3. Team Management
Participate in selection process to identify the right talent for positions within the sales and servicing team
Communicate performance parameters to the team and review them periodically.
Constantly guiding team to look at new business opportunities, manage client expectations and experience better.
Support team and provide them relevant inputs for their professional and personal growth

Skills Required
:
Thorough understanding of various lines of business / products and how any industry operates Excellent relationship and project management skills.

Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate in Business Management Certification from III (added advantage)
Desirable Skills
:
Min 5- 7 years of experience in Insurance Industry or B2B Industry with exposure to sourcing and new tie up.
