Responsibilities & Duties
Actively participate in the development and delivery of Talent Management program and people practices for Bain’s consulting staff –
Responsible for managing operations related to consulting performance review process
Master all Professional Development (PD) related systems and policies
Work on HR process improvement projects on a continuous basis
Tracking attrition on a monthly basis and leading over-all attrition analysis for India office on an ongoing basis
Work with HR SPOCS and ensure smooth delivery of all review and promotion cycle deliverables
Manage the annual performance bonus and comp review process for consulting staff and ensuring adherence to the timelines
Manage the upward feedback process (bi-annual) for the consulting classes
Tracking and leading the exit process by facilitating exit conversations, initiating clearances and being the SPOC for any related queries
Co-leading other performance management operation processes
Driving performance review closures for the Consulting staff
Responsible for managing the consulting employee sheet and employee headcount database
Reconcile the vacation records for Bain India (consulting and support functions)
Manage employee records in the HR systems and other PD related trackers/ MIS
Manage the payroll inputs for consulting staff (comp changes, bonus inputs, exit inputs etc.) and liaising with Finance team to ensure closures
What we are looking for :
Post-graduate with 5-7 years of relevant experience in a diverse and multicultural work environment
High level of discretion – ability to deal with highly confidential information appropriately
Strong interpersonal, communications (written and verbal) and problem solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as an integral member of various teams along with leading teams
Self-starter with strong organization skills – ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Comprehensive knowledge of computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SharePoint and HRIS/Workday preferred
