Job Role- Admin
Prepare Application Forms , CVs , Personal Statements for interested Students
Update and manage online database
Assist Key Accounts Managers to arrange interviews fro the students with the universities
Prepare MIS report
Call interested customers to book an online counselling appointments
Generate referrals and leads to earn more incentives
Check the eligibility of the leads
Convince the customers to take free online counselling sessions
Have a knack to convince the customers
Send reports to management when requested
Requirement:
Need to have very good English and general communications skills
Need to be a peoples person
Available switch between, 10 am to 7 pm, 2 pm to 11 pm or 11am to 8pm shift whenever required
Need to have a steady internet, laptop and headphones
A good environment to work from home
Freshers/ Experience (Both)
2-3 years of Tele calling/Admin experience preferred – FRESHERS WELCOMED TOO
