Sales & Business Development
Maintaining productive business relations at decision making levels with high profile clients and
ensuring their expectation and recommending solutions
Spearheading the International Sales & Marketing Operations of the Company including Corporate
Communication and Media Relations
Developing and implementing strategic business plans & policies to maximize profitability
Marketing Communication
Collaborating with creative managers and internal teams in the company to ensure that strategies and standards meet
Developing and finalizing contents for promotional literatures, newsletters, media releases etc.
Identifying the right medium for advertising, viz.. digital, online, social, outdoor campaigns,
based on the targeted audience and budget
Coordinating and participating in domestic and international conferences/summits/exhibitions
Interacting with advertising and PR agencies on a regular basis and further executing marketing
and
communication collaterals
Operations
Participating in key business meetings with senior management for formulating business strategies
to
increase revenue
Understanding the overall market, including competitors strengths and activities, economic
trends,
supply and demand etc. and preparing counter strategies
Data Analytics, collecting and collating large amount of data in the form of reports,
presentations and excel
Liaising with various stakeholders during execution of events (Government Bodies (DDA, NDMC),
Federations (national and international), National and International Players, Creative & PR
Agencies,
Printers, other vendors, etc.)
Structuring issues / problems, proposing a suitable research methodology and recommending an
appropriate approach for executing the same in the business proposals delivered
People Management
Interacting with HR team for manpower planning for the department and interviewing prospective
candidates
Identifying Training Needs of team members and mentoring them to enhance their productivity
Introducing various incentive scheme for team members and carrying out regular appraisals on their
