Executive – Sales , Personal CareLocation – NorthJob Objective – Main Purpose- Sales & marketing of Personal care/cosmetics ingredients in the assigned region and be responsible for all sales functions, achieving targets, formulating marketing strategies etc.Responsible for developing sales in a geographical sector and a particular marketMain Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs the client’s first point of contact, you guarantee sales and ensures customer satisfaction.Technical marketing and promotion of functional personal care ingredients.Tracking and developing the customer portfoliosWorking to establish quantified targets in your area and aligning your own actions to achieve themExpanding and developing existing accounts with a view to building customer loyalty*Continuously improving his/her market knowledge, especially by discussing matters with customers*and advice to the customer portfoliosOrganize and conduct sales prospectProviding an interface between R&D and the customers in specific development projectsAnswer any commercial or technical request and propose new solutions, Handling customers complaints and following customers for repeat orders.- Managing the after- sales follow-up and monitoring customer satisfaction, Getting the orders and following the order till it is dispatched and reached at customers end.Visiting the customers, sharing product samples and making follow upPrepare timely report of the visits.- Co- ordinate with logistics and accounts for routine workFollow up the customers for payment.Skills and CompetencesB. Tech Chemical Technology/ cosmetologist with min 2-4 years of Technical sales experience of Ingredient in ( B2B Sales ).Create good network with commercial and Technical teams at supplier/customers end.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Sense of ownership and drive: self-starter and problem solver who shows a bias for action, acts promptly to remove “roadblocks” and ensures accountability to get things done in a timely manner.Highly organized, structured and flexible, able to work well under pressure and deal with multiple / conflicting priorities meeting the deadlines.Fluent English a must-have (both verbal and written communication), other languages a plus.Adherence to Work Culture and Ethics.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Multiple Locations
