Your Background/Experience:Experience: Min 1+ yrs and aboveManage Contracts, agreement terms and conditions, have experience as a Contract Administrator, are responsible for preparing, negotiating and recording business contracts on behalf of the company. Duties include researching a contract’s terms, alerting parties to renewals or extensions and tracking all communications between our company and our clients and managing all such client relationships .As the name would suggest, a Contract Administrator is primarily responsible for managing all contracts that their employer is negotiating and entering. Contract Managers have to possess sharp power of judgement, and knowledgeable about the details and potential benefits of any contract, and must fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:Craft, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions.Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what’s best for the company.Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itselfPerform cost/price analysis of bids and proposalsMonitor invoices/budgets against contracts and mitigate cost overrunsEnsure compliance of contract financial requirements/obligations, and identify corporate solutions to meet complianceCoordinate with Project Managers to provide guidance on contractual requirements and ensure contract requirements are fulfilled. Proactively manage and ensure we are delivering projects under budget. Proactively manage all communication upfront with PM’s and with Management to ensure we are always maintaining budgets and margins.Monitor RFPs/RFIs, screen opportunities, and lead proposal development effortsParticipate in operations of the company and special projects as required, and continuously identify ways to streamline the procedures and processes for Contracts and overall OperationsExcellent negotiation and budgeting skillsStrong attention to detailAdvanced in Microsoft Excel /Google Sheets and Word /Google DocsExcellent writing, communication and customer service skillsBe an action-oriented, self-motivated individual who can lead a team, work independently, and has strong organizational and personal skillsProven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environmentAdditional Desired Skills:Previous financial or corporate business operations management experienceExperience with proposal writing / developmentExperience with pricing for contracts(Eligible candidates please apply )Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid sick timeWork from homeSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Performance bonusExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
