Creative marketing and communication skills to engage.
Ability to craft effective short-form and/or long-form content that can be used across channels.
Previous experience of being involved in a customer reference or advocacy program.
Experience with HubSpot, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar social media management tools.
Analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of various engagement efforts.
A detail-oriented strategic thinker, has a desire to learn, grow and be creative at work.
An understanding of the importance of collaborating with other departments to create an incredible customer experience and reach business goals.

Responsibilities
Content Creation:
Use storytelling and emotion to create compelling assets across the entire customer journey.
Collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams to create content or take the available content in the best format possible to the appropriate platform.
Engagement:
Monitoring and engaging on various platforms (across web + social media) based on the set personas and target audience.
Track and analyze key metrics to monitor customer engagement and demonstrate overall program effectiveness.
Build and execute the campaign calendar for the defined segment.
Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and other cross-functional groups to help meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives—including referrals, testimonials, identifying cross-collaboration opportunities, etc.
Co-ordination:
Execute various customer marketing initiatives such as newsletters, webinars, videos, events, etc.
Partner with internal teams such as the content and design functions to manage print and digital asset inventory with the vendors to ensure creative alignment across all marketing channels.
Implement process changes to drive operational excellence.
Requirements

3+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing or customer marketing.
Must be experienced in managing and cultivating customer relationships.
Strong interpersonal, written, verbal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Medium, and other social media best practices.
Ability to organize, break down, and clearly articulate complex thoughts, ideas, and instructions in written form.
Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.

Special Considerations:
All of Axelerant’s roles are considered work from anywhere. However, some jobs are regionally specific due to sales or other onsite considerations. For example, when living in Costa Rica and applying for a US sales role, we will not consider you for that job opening.
Except for regionally specific jobs, like UK/US-based account executives or Canadian-based software contributors, our salaries are paid per India-based compensation plans.
Also, we typically expect people to have a two-to-four-hour crossover with the 11 AM to 7 PM India (UTC+05:30) timezone each workday for meetings and coaching.
