The Sales Officer will be responsible for market penetration, primary & secondary
target achievement, channel management, credit control, brand management,
customer relationship, market feedback & competition tracking.
1. Establishing, expanding and maintaining distributor network.
2. Meeting with existing distributors for the stock check, primary orders and other
distribution-related works.
3. Regular visit to the retail market for increasing retail coverage, product placement,
secondary sales and merchandising.
4. Responsible for primary & secondary sales targets, maintaining sales hygiene
and proper product mix.
5. Ensuring execution / lifting of distributor’s orders (sauda) with timely
payments.
6. Coordination with other departments for payment confirmation, order (sauda)
execution, timely dispatches, marketing & other support functions.
7. Recruit, train & develop sales representatives & distributor salesman as &
when required.
8. Provide trustworthy market feedback, competition tracking & after sales
support.
9. Daily working/reporting on SFA (mobile application software)
10. Ensure confidentiality & compliance to all management activities
