Job Duties
Implements HR plans, programs, and tools in partnership with leaders to build and enhance organizational capability and add value to the business.
Administer compensation and benefits plans.
Ensure addresses employees requests and grievances in a timely manner.
Manage and maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
Monitoring HR system (Workday) as well as databases.
Focus on service delivery efficiency with a 100% closure of all requests within TAT and maintaining quality standards.
Providing payroll inputs & coordinating closely with management & payroll team.
Manage new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Taking care of onboarding activities and ensuring a seamless onboarding to exit experience.
Prepare HR reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly), provide analysis and solutions.
Qualifications
6 to 8 years of HR operations management experience.
Master Degree/Post Graduate in Human Resources.
Working experience on Workday.
Hands on HR Compliance and labor law experience.
