Job Responsibilities
Build value-based relationships with existing customers and create new revenue opportunities.Ensure customer retention by negotiating & closing renewals and Identify opportunities of upselling and cross-sellingUnderstand the intricacies of the product thoroughly to leverage as needed to meet our clients’ needs and translate these opportunities to business.Collaborate with various teams (sales, marketing, operations, product) and be the voice of the customer.Share feedback and information on market trends including competitor insights, customer needs, sales, product and marketing information.Review and propose process improvements that drives client and market penetration.Maintaining all information of customer activity.Draft various business reports.Drive customer advocacy through reviews, testimonials, customer meetups etc.
Job Qualifications & Skills
+4 years of experience in similar roles.Good communication and presentation skills in English. Knowledge of other languages would be advantageous.Must have the willingness to learn and motivated to perform.Ability to work remotely and onsite as part of a strong core team demonstrating initiative and ownership.Travel up to 70% may be required for this role.
