Candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience into US Auditing.

Job Description * Thorough knowledge of public accounting and audit practices, procedures and reporting standards. Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S GAAS and IFRS standards. * Technical skills for applicable accounting and reporting standards in attest engagements. * Experience in applying professional skepticism skills. * Ability to lead a team in developing the audit approach, which includes a thorough understanding of a client’s needs, as well as identifying and assessing risks. * Prior experience advising clients on technical accounting as well as general business issues, while maintaining client confidentiality. * Ability to multitask and reprioritize within short notice to deliver under tight deadlines. * Strong organization skills, able to manage various engagements simultaneously and independently manage projects from beginning to delivering a signature ready product. * Extensive experience as a team leader supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust, encouraging improvement and innovation. Consistent drive to provide a professional client focused atmosphere. * Experience identifying and addressing client needs including; building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships, communicating value propositions, managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials. * Experience in Prosystems Engagement. * Proficient in Microsoft applications. * Strong Technical, Interpersonal and Communication skills. * US Audit Knowledge * Comfortable with all shifts Skills Required * 5 years’ relevant experience * Serve as a trusted business adviser, providing guidance to help our clients succeed in today’s complex and challenging marketplace. * Industry experience and advanced technical know-how of a full-service accounting practice. * As an audit professional, you will guide our clients through evaluating, reporting and complying for the needs of their financial reporting. * Industries: Health Care, Retail, Manufacturing, Wholesale and Distribution, Professional services, Broker-dealers, Real estate and IT, Employee Benefit Plans
