Brand Studio is a Creative Communication Agency catering to the Atlas Copco Group. We provide creative services to all companies and brands under the Atlas Copco umbrella worldwide. Our main customers are located in Europe however we work with companies on all continents and in most time zones. Our current portfolio spans 15+ brands.
We are looking for a Content Management System Specialist to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for achieving digital cohesiveness across multiple digital platforms including but not limited to SharePoint Online, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Asset Management, Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics. You will have to work and interact with cross-functional teams across the globe to align you work with business and communication goals of the project stake holders and offer a seamless online customer experience. You will also be responsible for preparing online content based on the raw content provided to you and optimize it as needed.
Your skill set should include proven understanding of online content, UI/UX, user flows, process flows and site maps. You should also possess a fair understanding about visual design with sensitivity to user-system interaction. You are up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies.
You should be able to manage your time effectively to be able to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously. You are detail oriented and can take full ownership of a job, its deliverables and project communication.
Job description
As a CMS specialist, you will edit, optimize and publish content and be responsible for the overall design and functionality of the site using SharePoint and Adobe Experience Manager Templates.
You will be responsible for the maintenance and updates of the digital assets, including but not limited to photos, movies, brochures and sales material on the Adobe Asset Management system.
Create and disseminate regular reports and analytics for websites from the AEM, SharePoint and Google platforms.
Compile and add relevant metadata to images and digital assets as required.
Work in collaboration with web management and communications teams.
Experience requirements
Experience on SharePoint Online, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Asset Management, Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics is a must.
Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge in of Photoshop and wire-framing software like Adobe XD is desirable
Knowledge in HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus
Knowledge of SEO, SMO and PPC implementation is highly desirable
A keen eye for style and fast turn-around on tasks with attention to detail is a must.
We work in a PC environment so you should be comfortable using Windows.
Knowledge/Educational requirements
Graduate in any discipline with a master degree or diploma in communications, marketing, business administration and/or journalism (or equivalent through solid work experience)
Excellent command of the English language – both written and verbal
