Responsibilities

Review of engineering drawing .
Co-ordinate weekly/ daily meeting with Engineering and site team to resolve the site related issue.
Preparation of FES DPR & Monthly (lesson learn).
To Ensuring latest version of approved Electrical -C&I engineering drawing.
Preparation of drawing and BOQ as per site condition.
Preparation/ update & tracking of Project related statutory compliance in terms of Electrical compliances.
Identification & mitigation of E&I work delays due to various avoidable reasons.
Identification & highlighting with top management for delays in E&I work due to various unavoidable reasons.
Co-ordinating with consultants, engineering & Cross functional departments for site related concerns.
Co-ordinating with Site management of contractor & escalation upto their top management for resolution of site related matters.
Co-ordination with HO project team for material supply, approval, budget allocation & etc. for smooth operation at site.
Preparing of Annual project budget & Monitoring of project Costing.
Good understanding of Delegation of Authority (DOA) and its adherence.
Maintaining project related drawings & documents management system for easy access to everyone.
General responsibility to ensure that the work on site should keep going on by considering to work Standards, Safety, and Quality.

Qualifications

BE in Electrical /Mechanical/Civil
