• Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
