Job Responsibility:
1. Planning , implementing, evaluating employee relations
2. Responsibilities like making Payrolls
2. Developing HR strategies, policies & procedures
3. Managing recruitment & selection process
4. Assess training needs to apply & monitor training programmers
5. Ensure legal compliances like wages act , bonus act , PF, ESI etc.
6. Maintain discipline of the unit and initiate disciplinary actions if necessary
7. Prepare and Monitor JDs & KRAs of all Company Rolled Staff
8. Ensure new employee records are created and updates employee information in personal files for employees
