Job Description

Designation: – Assistant Manager – HR (Generalist + Learning & Development ).

Location:- Mumbai

Qualification: MBA from a reputed Institute

Experience : Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience (Plant HR)

Industry preferred : Manufacturing

Skills required: –

1. Knowledge of labor laws

2. Knowledge of Training & Development

3. Excellent negotiation skills

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Responsibility:

1. Planning , implementing, evaluating employee relations

2. Responsibilities like making Payrolls

2. Developing HR strategies, policies & procedures

3. Managing recruitment & selection process

4. Assess training needs to apply & monitor training programmers

5. Ensure legal compliances like wages act , bonus act , PF, ESI etc.

6. Maintain discipline of the unit and initiate disciplinary actions if necessary

7. Prepare and Monitor JDs & KRAs of all Company Rolled Staff

8. Ensure new employee records are created and updates employee information in personal files for employees
